The story behind The Larder
The Larder began with a simple question: how could the quality of a private chef always be within reach - without the planning, cost or formality of having one?
Born from conversations about food, hospitality and the rhythms of mountain life - for both locals and visitors - the idea grew from a belief that convenience should never come at the expense of quality.
Inspired by alpine hospitality, we have created thoughtfully prepared dishes designed for real life: supper after a day on the mountain, meals shared spontaneously with friends, or simply those evenings when good food should feel effortless.
Prepared in Zermatt and frozen at their peak, our meals bring restaurant-quality cooking into everyday life - ready when you need it.
