Turmeric and garlic infused cauliflower steak served on a creamy coconut and spinach dahl, finished with a crispy garlic, curry leaf and mustard seed tarka.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost fully, remove plastic film and cook at 200°C for 20-30 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
