Slow Cooked Korean Beef
Tender beef slow-cooked in a rich gochujang and soy sauce with ginger, spring onion and julienned carrot. Served with a crisp Asian vegetable mix of bok choi, bamboo shoots and crunchy water chestnuts.
Cooking Instructions:
Defrost fully, remove plastic film and cook at 200°C for 20-30 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
Our Tip! Pull beef with two forks and mix with sauce. Enjoy with rice or noodles.
