A comforting vegetable pie filled with gently spiced seasonal vegetables in a creamy curried sauce, topped with golden puff pastry.
Cooking Instructions
Defrost fully, remove plastic packaging and cook at 200°C for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Our tip! Remove plastic packaging before defrosting and brush some egg (or oat milk if plant based) onto the pastry before cooking for an extra golden crust!
